Wednesday was such a tiring day, I have no idea too.
Probably lack of sleep ah..

First lesson was some food teaching ah
In depth knowledge about vegetables

Learnt about black and white truffle
Mushrooms etc

It's interesting ah, therefore all the while I was like paying close attention

But somehow the time really passes damn slowly

Had our lunch break

Then proceeded to beverage class
Trying out different types of cocktail and wine next term, Nice.

This term is mostly about F&B stuff ah, therefore I am very keen about it

Grab some knowledge about the process of making iced wine.
and also Mineral water and Spring water..

But the fucked up thing is that the mentor was Mr Lam, one of the higher management person who caught my hair and literally fucked me. Damn

He claimed that I am his favourite student
Xiasuay sia..Nb, this one really step one favourite only ah

Bu da bu shi ren ah..
hahah, ended class at 5plus..

Later my class starts at 2pm to 7pm
Got some training at Horizon Restaurant

Another cb mentor who caught my hair last term

ahh, anyway, I dyed back to black, Thanks Pearlyn
Later just gel up my hair ah..
